Our Statement of Faith

We Believe

In a triune God-Father-Son-Holy Spirit.
That the whole Bible is the inspired word of God.
In the death, burial, resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the death and resurrection of believers and unbelievers.
In the new birth, spiritually being born again in order to receive eternal life.
In the importance of water baptism.
In the importance of the baptism in the Holy Spirit.
In the healing power through the atonement.
That Satan and his evil spirits are real.
That sometimes people need to be delivered from evil spirits.
That the church should function as it did in the New Testament times:
            - Pastors-Elders-Deacons.
            - Fellowshipping in homes.
            - Learning God’s word.
            - Prayer-Tithing-Communion.
            - Covenant love committed relationships.
            - Spreading the Gospel.

OUR VISION

To reach into our community, sharing the love of Jesus.

OUR GOALS

To guide each individual to put his or her faith and trust in the Lord; to love Him with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
To build Christ's character in individuals in marriages and in families.
To disciple individuals so that they can go and disciple others.
To explain and apply God's principles of finances in the family and church.
To demonstrate our love for the Lord and our loyalty to each other by giving only a good report of each other, unless we have to follow Matthew 18 in the spirit of restoring.
To turn the heart of every father and mother toward their sons and daughters to teach them scriptural principles of Christian character to be a successful person.

FUNCTION OF OUR FELLOWSHIP

It is a dwelling place for God.
A working unit.
Comes together for praising, equipping, empowering, and gifts.
Is a spiritual school (to learn Christ, discipleship).
Is a spiritual hospital (to restore, to heal).
Is a spiritual deliverance center for P.O.W.S.
Is a spiritual home.
